Here is a list of airport locations where the Mobile Wi-Fi can be returned. Please return the Wi-Fi router and all included accessories, such as cover, charger and USB cable.
Return locations:
Narita International Airport Terminal 1
The return location for Narita T1 is closely located near the terminal entrance. Opening hours are between 7:00 am and 9:00pm. A return box is available 24 hours a day.
Please note that the return location at Narita Airport is different from the pick-up location.
Narita International Airport Terminal 2
The return location in Narita T2 is located on the left side, just after the terminal entrance near Arrival Lobby B. A return box is available 24 hours a day.
Please note that the return location at Narita Airport is different from the pick-up location.
Haneda Airport International Terminal
The return location is in the International arrival lobby. Near Entrance nr. 8. Outside of office hours, please return the device at the return box on the counter.
Kansai International Airport Terminal 1
The return location at Kansai is the same as for Pick-up. Right between both the south and north arrival lobbies. Outside of opening hours, please use the return box at the counter.
Chubu Centrair International Airport
The return location can be found at the Meitetsu Travel Plaza. Look for the Global Wi-Fi counter. Outside of opening hours, please use the return box at the counter.
Fukuoka Airport
The WiFi return location at Fukuoka Airport is right outside of customs/in the arrival lobby. This is the Information counter. Outside of opening hours, please use the return box at the counter.
Naha Airport
The return location at Naha is the same as pick-up. This can be found right after arrivals. Opening hours are between 8:00 a.m. ~ 5:00 p.m. with a return box available outside office hours.
New Chitose Airport International Terminal
Located in the arrival lobby, opening hours are between 8:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m. please make sure to return your device within this timeframe. You can also go to the domestic arrival lobby (see below) until 8:00 pm.
New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal
The domestic terminal location is located near gate 4 arrivals. Opening hours are between 7:00 a.m. ~ 8:00 p.m.
Komatsu Airport
If you are truly visiting Komatsu Airport, then you are likely the first person ever this information is relevant to. The return location is located right outside baggage claim, note that the return box is located at a different location next to the exit/entrance.
Asahikawa
Located right at the information counter, business ours are between: 8:00 a.m. ~ 8:20 p.m. with a 24hour return box available.
