Hello Daniel-san,
We are thinking about using the Meet and Greet service at Haneda and have a question regarding timing. Our flight arrives at 5am and the JR office does not open until 6:45am. Since we would not be able to activate our passes or pick up a pocket WiFi device for a little while, does the representative just hang out with us until the office opens? Does it make sense to engage this service when there is an early arrival? We are hoping to locate a shower and freshen up during this time while we wait to get our tickets, for example.

Hi there,
Meet and Greet, can't exchange passes for you outside of JR office hours. So it could be a nice moment to hang out and chill together, but it would not make sense to get the service to get your pass earlier.

Can we arrange to meet them at a specific time, for example, closer to when the office opens? We would appreciate the help with the passes and getting us on our way. The form to fill out asks for the flight arrival and number. That automatically puts it at the earlier time and applies the extra charge for meeting before normal hours.

Absolutely, we have a special request form when you order (at the bottom of the order page for M&G), so just put what you want in there and we'd be happy to arrange it.
