I would like to travel from Tokyo to Hiroshima and Tokyo to Mount Fuji on different days.
May I know which is the fastest and convenient way to travel?
Would like to experience the bullet to travel to Hiroshima.
Would also love to get suggestion on the best hotel to stay around these two cities.

For travel times, I recommend learning to plan with Hyperdia this way you can find any route/timetable and more. It's a great tool for planning with the JR Pass. We also have a useful interactive map with all JR lines included.
