1) Travel east on the Yellow Ginza line from Asakusa to Ueno via the Tokyo Metro
2) From Ueno, board the [Keisei Skyliner] direct to Narita.

You can find [ticket purchasing information for the Keisei Skyliner online], however you should be fine to buy a ticket on the day at Ueno.
