Is it worth getting a 14 day JR pass

Hi Daniel-san
My itinerary is

Tokyo 4N
Kawaguchiko 3N
Kyoto 4N
Miyajima 2N
Osaka 2N

i have been looking at hypedia to look at my route options and mostly the JR pass only gets me to come of the way. So i am wondering whether it is even worthwhile getting the 14 day pass. would a 7 day pass be better with the above itinerary?

Hi there,

I think the best option is a 7 day JR Pass, if you can use it to travel to Kyoto, Miyajima and Osaka. These are the most expensive trips a JR Pass would give you the best possible value here.
