JR Pass or Individual Tickets - 1 Week around Osaka

Please advise if a pass will be appropriate for my trip on the 17-23 of September, and which pass I should buy.

My itinerary is:
17 Sept: travel from Haneda Airport to Osaka - Namba.
18 Sept: day trip from Osaka-Namba to Kyoto and back.
19 Sept: local sightseeing in Osaka.
20 Sept: day trip from Osaka-Namba to Kobe and back.
21Sept: travel from Osaka-Namba to Hakone.
22 Sept: travel from Hakone to Tokyo.
23 Sept: local sightseeing in Tokyo before departing.

I'm sure I will be using local transportation (metro/uber/etc) in each large town, is it worth buying the JR Pass? Or should I simply buy individual tickets for each travel?
