Hello,
Could you assist me with train directions (Shinkansen and local trains) to Fujieda From Tokyo and back to Tokyo ? My Tokyo hotel is near the Shiodome. Any tips would also be appreciated. I shall purchase a Japan rail pass.

Hi there,
The route would be as follows: Take a local train on the JR Tokaido line to Shizuoka (21 minutes). At Shinzuoka transfer to the Shinkansen bullet trains to Tokyo (103 minutes). The route back is the same but then in reserve.
The JR Pass covers the full route.
