In late March we will visit Japan. We will stay one night at Keio Plaza in Tokyo. What would be the best way to get to a Tokaido line connection from that hotel as we will want to end up in Fujinomiya the second day?
Also can I purchase JR tickets will a Master Card?

Major credit cards, like master card are accepted at ticket windows. You may be asked to show your passport in order to confirm that you are the card holder.
Your hotel looks to be close to Shinjuku (JR) station. I would take a local train from there to Shinagawa and use the JR Tokaido line from there.
