Trip in Japan - November 2023

I and my wife decide to make a trip in Japan from 6th to 26th November, we live in Rome (Italy).

Questions about the trip :

1) It's really cheap buy JRP pass or not ? If "Yes" for how many days do you suggest ?
2) On 7th nov we'll arrive at Haneda Airport at 22.30, do you think it's too late for taking JRP pass ?
3) We had to renew our passports, so now we haven't yet the passport numbers. It's a problem for order JRP pass ?
