Would the JR Pass (14 day) be cost effective for our 16 night stay

Would the JR 14 day Pass be cost effective for my itinerary?

Arriving Narita Airport (already purchased one way Narita Express 48 tickets) to Shibuya.

Shibuya 2 nights
Kanazawa 2 nights
Kyoto 5 nights (day trip to Hiroshima > Miyajima Island, Kobe, Nara ?)
Osaka 4 nights (day trip to Himeji, Koyasan?)
Shinjuku 2 nights
