Is there a pass that covers Nagoya

Hello!

We are arriving via Nagoya and will be staying in Fujinomiya in Shizuoka for 4 days. On the 4th day, we will be travelling from Fujinomiya, Shizuoka to Takayama.

Question 1:
Is a local area pass that would cover the route mentioned below and the Fujinomiya area?
Nagoya → Fujinomiya, Shizuoka
Fujinomiya, Shizuoka → Takayama

Was checking Nagano/Niigata pass but based on the info maps I found online, it does not cover Nagoya. But it covers Takayama but it would be via Tokyo. Is my understanding correct?

Question 2:
Based on Google Maps, the trip from Fujinomiya, Shizuoka is about 5hrs++ via Nagoya. Would there be another route option that Google Maps is not showing?

Hi there,

Unfortunately no single pass will cover your itinerary except for a national JR Pass, so my suggestion would be to purchase your tickets individually or purchase the Nagano/Niigata pass and pay for the additional train fares.

Unfortunately not, the route is very long due to both train times and the schedules, so it means that it would be a long way.

I saw this JR Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Area Tourist Pass Mini that's valid for 3 days. I have 2 questions about this pass:
1) Is my understanding correct that this will cover the train from Shizuoka to Fujinomiya?
2) Will this cover local buses as well?
