I will be travelling to Hokkaido from 11 Jul to 19 Jul 2023.
I am interested to purchase the 4 day Sapporo-Furano-Lavender Express.
Understand that this is for non-reserved seats.
Question:
1) is there a Furano regional pass that comes with reserved seats?
2) what happens when the non-reserved carriage is full? does it mean that the passengers cannot get up the train and unable to visit Furano and the lavender fields for that day?

Hi there,
1.) I believe the JR Hokkaido pass will - we don't sell any other passes on JR Pass.com
2.) You could stand - though this is less comfortable.
