I just processed my Exchange Order for a 7 days JRPass and after I found on another site that there is another type of pass which is more suitable for me, the JR East Pass for 5 days. Is it possible to exchange it now?

Hi there,
I'm afraid once your rail pass is processed and converted into a Japan Rail Pass you are unable to refund it or convert it to another rail pass.
If you have not converted it (eg - you still have your full exchange order), we will be happy to refund it as per our terms and conditions.
