Hi Carmen,
Let's have a look at normal ticket prices and find out.
Narita Airport - Osaka ¥ 17,010
Osaka - Nagoya ¥ 6,560
Nagoya - Tokyo ¥ 11,090
For a total of ¥ 34,660 or ¥ 5,550 in savings as the 7 day JR Pass is 29,110. Also remember that you can use the JR Pass for local travel around Tokyo and Osaka on the local JR lines, making for easy travel.
