I will be purchasing the 7 day jr pass.
1) What train(s) do I take from narita airport to osaka? If I need to make any stops, are there lockers available nearby to store my luggage?
I will be staying 1 nt at swissotel in namba?
2) I also Plan to stop in kyoto for a few hours before heading back to tokyo.

Hi there,
1.) To get to Osaka from Narita Airport, take the Narita Express from Narita Airport to Tokyo station, then from there the Hikari Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka. You can use local JR lines from Shin-Osaka into the city. Coin lockers are available at nearly every station.
2.) That works nicely!
3.) Take a local train from Tokyo to Maihama station, this is the JR station for Disneyland.
