Is it possible to buy a jr pass and address a hotel in Japan to be delivered?
How many days does it take to arrive to the hotel?
If i can not make it to Japan for some reason, can i get a refund for the pass?

Yes, we can deliver to your accommodation in Japan.
Most deliveries take about 3 business days, sometimes a little faster in big cities.
We can offer a refund for any used pass, if your pass was significantly delayed during shipment then we can offer a full refund. If the pass does arrive on time, then you can still request a refund but regular fees apply.
