Should i get JR pass?

Hi i be traveling to japan 3-12 feb 2014. Reach tokyo on 4 feb stay 3 nights than travel to osaka via bullet train stay 3 nights than back to tokyo. Should i buy the JR pass? besides the twice shinkensen , looking at my initial itinerary, should i buy single trip or JR pass??
