I have planned a trip to Japan on 29th Sept.'2023. I am trying to obtain JR pass, however, not able to complete the application as I have a single name on the passport. In my passport surname/Last name is blank and in the visitor visa that I have received I have my single name mentioned in Surname/Given Name category. Not sure how to get this resolved.

Hi there,
To start, please order the JR Pass and use for the missing name part with [x], after please write our processing team through [email protected], and they can issue the ticket manually.

Daniel - I have done as advised. Have shared the order details with the [email protected] and have requested them to issue the pass in my given name as per my passport.
