I am staying Mito in Ibaraki prefecture and I wish to use this Rail Pass to visit Kyoto and Nara. Can you suggest me the easy and fast way to go there using Rail Pass?

Hi there!
From Mito to Kyoto, I recommend going to Ueno in Tokyo by Super Hitachi express, transfer to Tokyo, and then travel to the shinkansen network for the journey down to Kyoto. Here's a sample itinerary for you.

I looked at that itinerary. It is very good for my visit.
One thing i am little confused. In there it shows Fare+Seat Fare
If I wish to use JR Rail Pass (7 Day) what are the things that Pass cover?
I mean , Do I have to pay Seat fare separately

The jrpass covers both the fare and the seat fare so your trip will be 100% covered.
