Arrival at Narita

Hi Terry,

When you arrive at Narita Airport, go trough immigration, luggage collection and customs first. After you clear customs you will arrive in the main hall. From here take the escalator down to train departures. Here you will find the JR East Travel Service Center, go inside and show your voucher plus Passport. The staff will confirm the information and give you the JRPass, if you like you can make your first train reservations too!

Once you have the pass, make reservations for the Narita Express to Tokyo station, transfer here to the JR Sobu line at get out at Shin-Nihombashi.
