Dear Mr./Mrs.,

Today, 19 of Augustus 2018, I want to purchase a JR pass for 7 days. According to the policy, the delivery date takes 1 business day in the Netherlands. I leave Tuesday, 21 of Augustus early in the morning to Tokyo via London. Is it possible to get the JR pass in time or can I pick it up anywhere else?
I'm afraid I won't get it in time if I order it now and therefore it will be a 'waste' of my money.

I plan on going to Tioko and Hiroshima from Tokyo. Are there any alternatives ways to travel fast?

Hi there,

We do indeed ship within 1 business day to NL but our next dispatch is this Monday. It would mean that delivery takes place on Tuesday.

We could ship it to your accommodation in Japan (exp. delivery on Wed) or you could come by our office in London and pick it up. We're about 1h away from Heathrow by tube (I would only do this if your lay-over is more than 6 hours).
