I ordered my JR rail pass on March 15th but it has not yet arrived in the US. I also did not receive an email verifying that it had been sent. However, there is a charge on my credit card from March 15th that they had received and paid that charge by March 17th. I'm just wondering if it's lost or I should start worrying and perhaps go ahead and dispute the charge and start over or if the tickets are on the way?

I'm sorry to hear that, we deliver overnight within the US and you should have received the pass way quickly. Did you place your order through www.jrpass.com? (Or a 3rd party website)? You should be able to verify this on the charge. If you ordered through www.jrpass.com, please contact our support team via [email protected] with your name and any other order details you may have. We will look into it and reply within 24h.
