Using JR pass

Hi there,

You can activate the exchange order we provide as soon as you arrive at Narita and then set the activation date for the 24th. You can then begin making reservations, which can be done at a machine or a manned ticket office - at a ticket office it may be easier for you as you can tell the JR employee where you want to go to and from and they will help you take care of it.
