Regional Pass East South Hokkaido or JRPass 14 day

Hello,

i can decide if is better for me to take the Regional pass (6days in 14) or the JRPass 14days, can you help me see which is worth (or if there are better option to combine)?

Feb. 6th - Arriving at Asahikawa airport
Feb. 7th - Day trip to Furano from Asahikawa
Feb. 8th - Transfer from Asahikawa to Sapporo
(those trasfer will be not cowered from the regional pass) Feb. 9th - Day trip to Shikotsuko (bus trip)
Feb 10th - Sapporo and Otaru (and back to Sapporo) >> i was planing to activate on this day the Regional Pass ESHPASS DAY 1
Feb 11th - Sapporo to Noboribetsu to Hakodate ESHPASS DAY 2
Feb 12th - Hakodate to Aomori ESHPASS DAY 3
Feb 13th - Hakodate to Hirosaki >> not using the pass
Feb 14th - Resort Shirakami to Akita ESHPASS DAY 4
Feb 15th - Akita to Kakunodate to Tazawako to Tokyo ESHPASS DAY 5
Feb 16th to 19th - Tokyo and to Narita on the 19th ESHPASS DAY 5

1. Do you think that this itinerary will be ok?
2. How is it thinking on the weather condition?
3. My bigger doubt is on Feb 15th is it maybe to much?
