So, let me explain my situation. I ordered a Kansai Hiroshima Pass and I plan to use it from October, 13th to October, 17th, 2024. The problem is, I ordered it on July, 15th, 2024, which is exactly 90 days before.
So, my question is : If I ordered my pass 90 days before, can I still use it on the last day ? Like, is the 90th day included ? And in case I ordered it too soon, can you confirm that the JR Pass issue date will be delayed ?

Since you ordered it within 90 days of the day you’ll be activating it, you should be fine. If you are worried, you can activate the pass when you reach Japan and have the activation date set for the 13th of October. In theory, you shouldn’t have a problem, but I’d double-check with our support team at [email protected] as the date that they placed the order may have varied.
