Hi

would like your advise the most cost effective of travelling around from the above. Here's my itinerary :

16 Oct - touch down Narita airport
16 Oct - from Narita to Nikko
will stay in Nikko from 16 - 19 Oct
19 Oct - Nikko - Fuji five lake
will stay in Fuji five lake from 19 - 22 Oct
22 Oct - Fuji five lake - Asakusa
25 Oct - Asakusa - Haneda

Based on the above itinerary, will JR East Pass, flexible 4 day pass be the most cost effective to travel around and what are the other LINE that is not covered by JR East Pass when i get to my desinations as mentioned above. I'm aware that in Nikko, able to buy the Heritage pass to travel around.

Thanks!

Hi there!

For most of your travel I would recommend buying normal tickets as you travel. This because the JR East pass is actually pretty expansive if you just use it to travel to Fuji and Nikko. For your arrive, consider buying a [Keisei Skyliner + Metro Pass] which allows you to travel to Asakusa for a discounted price, from there you can take the Oedo line (and Heritage pass) to Nikko.

I hope this helps!
Daniel
