There is a very negative review from a tourist from Germany regarding the SIM card which can be ordered with the JR Pass. It can be seen from Trip Advisor. What can you say about this?

We do not sell any SIM cards at www.jrpass.com, we do offer Pocket WiFi, which we have received a lot of good feedback.
