Itinerary:
1) Haneda Airport to Tokyo on 6 March
2) Tokyo - 6 to 9 March
3) Osaka - 9 to 11 March
4) Kyoto - 11 to 13March
5) Tokyo - 13 to 15 March
6) Tokyo fo Haneda Airport on 15 March
i) How many days of JR pass should I purchase?
ii) Should I purchase Suica card while commuting in Tokyo?
iii) Do I have purchase any additional cards while commuting in Osaka in Kyoto?

1.) I recommend using a 7-day Japan Rail Pass for travel to Osaka, Kyoto and back to Tokyo.
2.) Yes, it is always useful.
3.) It depends on where you want to go within each city.
