Hi my sister and I are hoping to fly into Tokyo and then take the train to Osaka. We are planning to stay there for a bit, do a day trip to Nara while we're there before going off to Kyoto. From Kyoto we will head back to Tokyo to fly out. Would the 7 day pass be worth it for our itinerary? And will we be able to use it for all these stops?

Hi there,
Yes, a 7 day JR Pass would be well worth considering, given that you'd cover the entire trip Tokyo - Kyoto - Nara - Tokyo with it.
The JR Pass can be used for all these stops, as well as for travel to/from the airport and the local JR Network in Tokyo.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
