Haneda airport to Kyoto

We arrive at 5.15 am so how is the best way to exchange our Jr order for the pass and then get to Kyoto please

Hi there,

5.15 is very early and the JR Office will only open at 7:45. You could wait there or travel on to Tokyo station (buying normal tickets) where the exchange station opens at 7:30. This way you could get some travel out of the way.

From Tokyo station, you can use the Hikari Shinkansen directly to Kyoto station.
