Just like to ask for your recommendation and if we need jrpass for our trip:
Day 1 - osaka
2 - USJ
3- Nara
4- Kyoto
5- transfer to tokyo
6- 8 mt fuji
9 - Disneyland
10 - narita airport
Is it worthit to avail the JRpass?

JRPass here :)
I checked your itinerary but think it would be best to buy normal rail tickets here.
A Japan Rail Pass makes sense if you make a return between Osaka - Tokyo but you effectively travel one way with different stops.
