Hi,
I'll be traveling in April, for one week, from Tokyo, Kamakura, Kyoto, Hakone, Sendai, Yamagata, Matsushima, and back to Haneda. Is it worth it to get the JR pass? Does it mean I have to take the slowest Shinkansen?
Thank you.
Is it worth it?
Hi there,
I would recommend purchasing a JR Pass, it'll likely come out cheaper than purchasing your tickets individually. To get to Hakone, you'll need to purchase a separate round trip ticket from Odawara, as the RomanceCar limited express isn't covered by the JR Pass.
Apart from that, your itinerary is fully covered :)
Hope this helps!
Alexis
