Hi, I think this is a pretty basic itinerary that I think is all covered by the pass, but just want to check.
Tokyo -> Nagano -> Kyoto -> Hiroshima (and Miyajima) -> Osaka
Nagano is my only question really, I'm sure the other cities are fine.

Yes, all of these is covered and you can even use the Shinkansen to Nagano!
Ferry and train to Miyajima are also included.
