My flight is coming in late at night into Tokyo Narita? Will the JR Rail office still be open to exchange my order to a rail pass? What is the latest departure of the Narita Express to Tokyo? If I miss that what is the alternative train?

Hi there,
The exchange station at Narita Airport is open until 21:45. After that you would have to wait until the following morning.
