Hi there!
I've been researching into this for a few days now and there doesn't seem to be an "easy" or "direct" route from Narita Airport to Tokyo Skytree using JR Trains. Instead, the "Narita Skyacess" seem to be the best train to get. Is there any JR Pass included trains that I could use for this route? Our reserved stay is only 5 minutes away from Tokyo Skytree.

Hi there,
As you've already found out, there's no JR station close-by the Skytree.
The closest station on the JR is Kinshicho on the Sobu line. About 20-25min walk from the Tokyo Skytree.
