Hi there,

We are looking at the following itinerary. Please advise the best JR pass to get. Thanks!

Day 1 - Narita to Osaka
Day 2 - Osaka
Day 3 - Osaka
Day 4 - Osaka to Tokyo
Day 5 - Tokyo
Day 6 - Tokyo
Day 7 - Tokyo
Day 8 - Tokyo to Narita

Hi there,

The best option would be to use a 7 day JR Pass from day 1-7 and then buy a normal rail ticket back to Narita Airport. This would give you the best possible savings. You can use the JR Pass Fare Calculator to find an approximate ticket cost of a single route or even your full itinerary.

The JR Pass can also be used on local JR lines both in Osaka and Tokyo.
