Hi, I've had a bit of a search and just wanting to confirm that a JR East Pass would be the best option for our itinerary. We will be flying into Narita and then staying in Tokyo (Sugamo Toshima-ku) for 3 nights before heading to Myoko Kogen for 7 nights then heading direct from there to Narita to go home. I noted that the JR East pass provides 5 days travel within 14 day period. Will it get us from airport into Tokyo on arrival day, then around Tokyo and as far as Myoko-kogen for next 3 days, then finally from Myoko-Kogen to Narita on final day?

Thank you!!!

Hi there,

The JR East passes are the only passes we don't sell, this means we don't provide direct support for them.

As far as I can answer your question. I think your planned use of the pass works out but you may want to check with JR East to be sure.

Enjoy Japan!
