Need an extra Pass

I am arriving in Japan on the 4th of October 2017 and leaving on the 28th of October 17.
Will buy a JP Rail Pass for 21days, but I need an extra one.
I am staying in Tokyo for 4N, visiting the city and making trips to Nikko and Kamakura. From Tokyo, I will go to
Kyoto, Nara, Kyo-San, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Okayama and back to Tokyo.
Which other Pass you recommend?
