hi , I am intending to visit these places in Nov 2018 to see Autumn in Japan.
total of 13days approximately. landing in Osaka.
1) I am not sure if should get a JR pass or regional pass for my trip,
would require some advice.
2) when I go Hiroshima, should i be departing from Osaka ?
3) if there are better interesting places, please do suggest as well. much appreciated

Hi there,
1.) It depends on how many days you will spend in each city. I could give you a better suggestion if you tell me how long you intend to visit each city.
2.) The Shinkansen to Hiroshima does depart from Shin-Osaka. It would make sense to start your trip from here.
3.) You could consider a visit Himeji on the route to Hiroshima. It's a perfect stop-over to see the local castle for a couple of hours. One of the most beautiful in Japan.
