I'm traveling from Osaka to Nagoya for the F1 race in Suzuka and then to Tokyo. Will it be worth buying a 7 day JR pass.

Oct 7 -Nagoya - Suzuka Circuit-Nagoya
Oct 8 - Nagoya- Suzuka - Nagoya
October 9- Nagoya - Tokyo
October 13 Tokyo- Narita Airport

You won't cover enough travel costs for a Japan Rail Pass to help you make savings.
A 7 day JR Pass makes since if you, for instance, make a return Tokyo - Osaka. You will travel one way with one stop in the middle at Nagoya.
