Hello,

I'm having a hard time determining whether we should get a JR Pass and if so, whether it should be a 7-day or a 14-day. Our itinerary is below.

Thank you!

3/24 - Arrive in Narita, train to Tokyo
3/24-3/28-Tokyo
3/28-4/2-Kyoto
4/2-4/4 - Osaka with day trip to Nara
4/4-4/6- Shizuoka
4/6-4/7 - Tokyo, fly out of Narita

Hi there,

I would buy normal tickets for your trip. A 7 day JR Pass would be a good option if used for a return Tokyo - Kyoto within 7 days but you take a but more time to make this trip.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
