Three adults will be traveling to Japan June 11-25.
June 11 - Tokyo (Haneda) arrive
June 17 - Kyoto
June 21 - Osaka
June 23 - Nara (day trip from Osaka)
June 24 - Kobe (day trip from Osaka)
June 25 - Tokyo (Haneda) depart
I used the calculator and it said a regional pass is better for us. Is that what you suggest?

Since your travel dates are spread out, individual tickets (Welcome Suica) are likely your best option. However, you can consider a Kansai Area Pass if you plan to visit multiple cities in the same region.
