Dear JR Pass Support Team,

My name is Fernanda, and I recently completed my JR Pass purchase (Order #2567251). I’m concerned about the delivery as I am traveling to Japan on December 17th, and my pass is scheduled to be activated on December 18th. I’m worried it might not arrive on time at the address I provided:

If necessary, I am open to changing the delivery address to my hotel in Japan.

Could you please confirm the estimated delivery date and advise on what steps to take in case of any delays?
