Hi there. We are travelling to Japan in September and thanks to my previous post and great advice received, have decided that a Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass and singular tickets will be the best fit for our travel. We were under the impression we would need to order the pass in time to allow for the delivery of a physical voucher however when we go online to complete an order, it seems to be wanting to send us a digital voucher. I’m wondering firstly if we are on the correct website and if we are, then is the regional pass different from the JR Pass in this way?

Hi there,
The Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass is a digital ticket and will be delivered by e-mail.
The JR Pass is still a physical ticket and would have to be delivered by mail.
Kind regards,
Daniel
