Hello,
I just received my eticket exchange order via email and in the "Name of passenger" field there only "(Adult)" stated, without my name.
Is it normal in case of etickets?

Hello,
The name is not required on the voucher for certain regional passes, so you can activate it without any problems when you arrive in Japan!
