Dear Sirs, good day!
I plan to purchase this pass but I see reservation is not included and I have heard that during New Years everybody must ahave a reservation for Hiroshima. Is this true? If so, can I buy reservation separate? How and how much?

I'm happy to help! As I'm from Hiroshima, I can confirm that it is likely so busy because people travel home for the New Year. The Shinkansen is extremely crowded during national holidays (Golden Week, Obon, and New Year), so I highly recommend reserving your seats as soon as you arrive in Japan.
