How could I make a reservation for the bus?
The trip will start from:
Kanazawa → Shirakawa-go
Shirakawa-go → Takayama
Both trips are on the same day.

Seat reservations can be made in person at the bus station in Takayama, Shirakawago or Kanazawa. Alternatively, you could call Nohi bus to make reservations.
