Hallo. From Italy. We will be travelling in Japan next Christmas
We would like to order 2 West Pass Kansai-Hiroshima Area
We will arrive in Japan on Dec26, and we will start to use the pass on Jan8. When can we order them (as soon as possible so to be able to receive them in Italy)?
And, without seat reservation are we allowed to use the train even if seats are all occupied?

Hello Stefano,
For your trip in December, you can order your Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass as early as July (6 months in advance). To ride the Shinkansen, you will need a seat reservation. However, for local trains, you can simply pass through the ticket gates using your pass!
