Our itinerary is:
1 nov- Narita airport to Nagoya
5 nov- Nagoya to Tokyo
10 nov- depart from Narita airport
I’m thinking I will just need to get the 14 day pass as the 7 day pass won’t be sufficient. We will be using the Narita express to Tokyo then straight away to Nagoya.
This our first time in Japan so any recommendations would help.

For this trip, I can't find a pass that would help you make savings. So, your best course of action would be to buy normal rail tickets.
