I will arrive at Haneda airport at 8pm, after the JR Office has closed. I read on this site that JR passes can be collected from the Tourist Information Desk in Terminal 2 which is open until 11pm, but I am not sure if this is still the case following COVID. Are you able to confirm if this option is still available?

Hi there,
You won't be able to activate your JR Pass after 8pm at Haneda Airport - please do so the following morning at any exchange station around Tokyo.
